Our graphic tees are made to order just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships — good things take a minute.
Returns
Apparel (graphic tees): You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at contact@dianakeislerstudio.com with your order number.
Fragrance: Our fragrance picks are fulfilled directly by our retail partner when you check out through the “Purchase Now” links. Returns and exchanges on fragrance orders follow the partner’s return policy shown at their checkout.
Digital products: All sales are final. No refunds on digital products.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
